Since every product is custom-made after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size selected by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect color or design chosen during purchase.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Eligible Replacement/Refund

A replacement or refund may be approved if:

- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible because every item is made specifically for your order.
